Our Story
Percheron AI was founded by Connor McCormick, an AI engineer and solutions architect with nearly a decade of experience building intelligent systems that deliver real business value. From early work at Predibase, where he helped build the company's MVP during its stealth stage, to leading AI infrastructure initiatives at SambaNova Systems, Connor's career has always centered on creating technology that drives impact — not just innovation.
He started Percheron AI after watching attorneys spend 30–50% of their time on procedural paperwork — court forms, proofs of service, routine documents drafted from scratch every time. The work attorneys hate, the work that erodes margins and morale. The solution was clear: build a closed-world AI platform that fills the forms, drafts the documents, and answers matter questions — every output traced back to a citation in the firm's own record, with the attorney always in the loop.
